BACKGROUND:
San Diego Bay offers captivating elements. Witnessing the mesmerizing hour while strolling along the waterfront enjoying a meal with a view or even indulging in a short bay getaway brings about a unique experience. You can do all of this while keeping the water in sight.
THE APPROACH:
San Diego Bay offers a 34-mile waterfront, with impressive features. When the Port of San Diego decided to promote locations as part of their destination marketing campaign they entrusted me with creating and implementing an engaging campaign concept to raise awareness and attract visitors.
Our approach focused on creating experiences. It included a range of creative elements that were carefully designed for the entire campaign system. We achieved unity by incorporating elements that captured the Golden Hour" alongside the Port’s distinctive logo and color palette. This combination resulted in captivating visuals that showcase the variety of options across the Ports member cities.
I developed sample applications and extensions that covered media channels, such, as print, signage, digital platforms, social media, videos, and direct mail. The campaign "Here & Wow!" is currently active, inviting visitors and locals to discover more about San Diego Bay.
