BACKGROUND:

Building on its national reputation for effective community policing, the San Diego Police Department chose Loma Media to strategize and conduct an innovative, hyper-targeted recruiting campaign. We have helped SDPD welcome its largest Academy class in a quarter-century while exceeding the national average for minority and women recruits.

 
 

THE APPROACH:

As competition for outstanding candidates has increased across the nation, SDPD has once again requested our assistance in recruiting for "America's Safest Big City." Our work has started with digital and social media outreach that focuses on four essential themes: diversity (of people and jobs), honesty, strength, and cooperation.
